E-Chavadi is a advanced land record management system, developed with the objective of empowering the patwari (talathi), who is a key to the entire land record management system. Every year, maximum crime are recorded due to land dealings and hence it is one of the crucial initiative to develop such system.

The first pilot was successfully implemented on 450 Patwari who bought laptop and the e-chavadi software was used.

E-Chavadi application is developed to accommodate the old system data & had a facility to correct, & use the data to save the time. The application was further enhanced for additional features and facilities. It was further made web enabled & now can be accessed from anywhere.

E-Chavadi is currently being successfully used by over 1000 Talathis (Patwari) in Maharashtra. It has complete land record system module, Jamabandi module, Mutation module, 1 to 21 forms module and various reports generation module.
