Magnum has a fiercely motivated management team, each member of which is committed to making a difference. We are all driven by the passion to bring efficiency and transparency to Government processes.

An Electronics Graduate from Pune University followed by Post Graduate Management degree of ICFAI Business School, Girish has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, both in India and foreign countries like Singapore, Australia, and Malaysia.

Girish is a founder of Magnum Opus and, as name says, is focused on creating a great art work for the Indian Government by inventing the systems using technology solution for social issues and addressing the challenges to support the Government provide better Governance.

Girish has not only invented various systems but also made sure that they get implemented successfully. The inventions like save the baby girl, silent observer, active tracker are directly helping society by controlling the illegal female feticide, use of GPS system in Public distribution system, elections of 2009 and many projects which are listed on the company website. He invented the concept of ME-Governance, a combination of M & E Governance.

The numerous accolades and recognitions won by the above projects include numerous awards like Nasscom Foundation, e-India, Manthan and appreciation letters by dignitaries like Hon. Ex. President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Azad, Narayan Murthy, Nandan Nilekani and Naveen Jindal to name a few.

Girish still firmly believes that the struggle that he has gone through is only 1% of what he dreams of achieving….there is still a lot more to follow and a lot more to do!!

Prashant has done B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, IIT Bombay, 1995 followed by a M.S in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, U.S.A. He has over 11 years of experience in the IT industry, out of which 6 years has been in the USA.

He has enormous technical knowledge and experience, having worked at blue chip companies like Intel and Wipro for the major part of his career. While blue chip experience does help, Prashant had a burning desire to contribute actively to the company that he worked in. He, therefore, joined a startup called BTA Technology. Their team took it to a stage where this was bought over by Cadence for $105 million USD.

The same desire to contribute towards government processes has brought Prashant to Magnum Opus. Prashant has 2 US patents to his credit (US patent 7143021 and US patent 7181383).

Yogesh has a post Graduate Diploma in Journalism with a background of electronics engineering. He has over 13 years of experience in sales in the IT domain.

This rare combination of skills brought him to the domain of sales, where relationship management as always been the key for the success. Yogesh started his career in IT and Electronics retail domain at Vijay Sales as the IT Division Category Head. He got the overall experience of running his whole division as a shop owner. He has worked at Infonet Networks Systems India Pvt. Ltd. as the regional head for the West and North India. This opportunity in IT infrastructure solutions gave him recognition in West and North India. He has handled large accounts of manufacturing, finance, telecom, retail and PSU projects.

He was introduced to e-Governance during his work at Spanco Ltd. He liked the profile and that is what attracted him to Magnum. He believes in keeping his feet firmly on the ground, while taking Magnum to lofty heights!

Amin has a post graduate degree in Management, having done MBA in Systems. Amin has 15 years of IT experience in various different roles.

Amin's varied experience makes him a master of a variety of profiles. His IT experience includes roles of hardware engineer, network engineer, server manager among others. He has worked with CMS Computers Ltd. as a Project Manager for E-Governance, wherein he handled projects like eSeva, eMitra, eSuvidha, Maha e-Seva. He also worked with IBM Netsol as Program Manager for banking. He has also worked with CMS as a Services Delivery Manager where his responsibilities were handling high profile clients like Taj Hotels, Nicholass Pairamal, Centurion Bank, Tata Power.

Amin has worked in ITIL Processes and has bagged the Award of best project manager twice in his career. His love and passion for E-Governance has attracted him to working in Magnum Opus. His love for the procedural and methodological approach is an invaluable asset to Magnum.

Sheetal has completed her computer engineering followed by AMIE in computers from the University of Pune.
Sheetal started her career as a career counselor. She started working with niche career patrol and while doing so got an opportunity of working with H-R team of companies like Wipro,infosys,EDS,WNS etc.

She has also worked with Accel group of companies where she was the account manager for their training limb working with clients like Symantec, IBM etc. She has been actively involved in sports and carries along that spirit in whatever she does.

The social cause embedded in every project at Magnum Opus attracted her because she strongly believes that every individual should contribute to the society in all possible ways.

Vaishali has an engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Pune University. Vaishali has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry as a software developer, tech lead and as a manager.

A Topper in academics, she started her career right out of college with TCS, which is the topmost IT services company in India. She later moved to the USA and gained the experience of working in huge companies like Intel and Siemens in the United States, in technologies like C, C++ and Java. This vast and varied kind of exposure has greatly improved her interpersonal skills and provided an all round development to her personality. Vaishali's communication and interpersonal skills combined with her core technical knowledge is the perfect combination for her position and adds significant value to Magnum Opus.

Aniruddha holds a bachelor of electronics engineering degree from Mumbai University. He brings in over 18 years of experience in IT services industry.

He has expertise across various domains like Banking, Finance, Manufacturing and Telecom. He has managed projects across several technologies like Microsoft, Java/J2EE, Mainframes, ERP and many more. He has worked with some of the global clients across the world like American Express, British Telecom as well as Wachovia Bank. He has played various roles like Program/Project Management, Account Management, and Business Project Management. He is a certified Software Quality Advisor and also has an excellent understanding of ISO, CMMi processes having worked with leading CMMi Level5 Organizations.

At Magnum, he brings in all round experience of working with large IT organizations as well as setting up of various functions like ERP, Quality Control, HR for a small organization. Aniruddha heads entire delivery including software development and support. Aniruddha strives to bring in delivery excellence for all projects work done for Magnum clients.
